Monte Vista Drive is a new rural subdivision in Qualicum Beach. They were using a hosted wordpress.com website with a free theme that didn’t really do much for them. It was time for something new and fresh. Their new logo and website shows off the potential of these mountain view lots with a large slideshow and image galleries for photos, site plans and aerials.

Their old website featured a directions map that looked like somebody’s mom drew it (actually, she did) – this has been replaced with a Google map that is more universally understood (aliens can use it to find your house). Their new website is built using WordPress CMS, so they will be able to make content updates themselves. It is also smartphone and tablet friendly, built using responsive design principles.
The Monte Vista properties have all been sold now, so the website has been taken down.
